I must have not studied hard enough but sleep was not in the cards.  I arrive at the office at ten.  I had to fill out loads of questionaires about my sleep and health.  The technician put multiple wires and straps on my arms legs ,chest and abdomen.  I must say the room was incredible. The bed was incredibly comfortable with luxurious bedding and they kept the rooom a wonderful 68 degrees,.  I was snug as a bug in a rug.  I could not fall asleep.    They wanted me to sleep on my back which I never do.  After trying to sleep for 2 and half hours, they let me take my sleeping pill. They also let me sleep on my side.  It still took 30 minutes for me to fall asleep, only to have them come in to have me sleep on my back..  After returning to sleep, it seemed that they woke me again to let me know it was time to go home. It was 5:30 in the morning.  I still had to go to work,  I worked twelve hours on the nurses schedule.  It tough to sit at a desk for that long.  I rather be working. I got it done today so I get tomorrow off. yippy

I just got off work and I am tired.  The sad part is that I have one day off and I will be busy tomorrow.  No rest for me, I guess.  I have to take Mom to dialysis,, a diabetic committee meeting at 12-1pm, pick up Alex so he can take me to a doctors appointment at 2 pm.  Alex will pick up G-ma at dialysis, return for me then we go to lunch. Yeah!  I have to have a sleep study at 10pm and then go directly to work. I hope I get to sleep a little.  I work Friday also.  I have to do the nurses’ schedule for September, my first.  Good news is Friday is payday.  Three checks this month,

I just return from the dentist’s office.  My teeth are clean and feel great.  No cavities were found,  I do have to have some work on my bite and need a mouthpiece since I am wearing down my teeth by clenching and grinding.  I glad it’s over, not my favorite thing to do, 

The dialysis unit has set up puzzles to help keep the patients from getting upset about the delays. It has trapped me. I love puzzles. I have just finished this puzzle .  I have worked on it for the past 2- 3 weeks.  It was missing 3 pieces. drats
