I had to get my annual eye exam because I have diabetes.  They have to dilate my eyes to check for damage.  Good news is that I had no visual damage but the doctor wants to test my retinas.  Two reasons, one, I have a blue tinge to my sight at odd times and two, I sometime feel one eye becomes slightly off.  That the only way I can describe it.  It’s like having the sound track being slightly off,  I have to return to have them check my eye pressure,  My eye pressure have been high in the past. They were good today.  I did get a clean bill of health We have to wait for the tests to make sure everything is okay.  Christine took me to my appointment because I cannot see after the dilatation.. Are you not glad I did not drive?  Just imagine staring into the flood lights on a football field.  I had such a headache when I got home.  Luckily a nap and Ibuprofen did the trick.  Thanks to Chriistine for driving to the appointment.  We had a nice lunch at   Chipotle.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

I was out looking for gifts for the 2 birthday celebrants this month when I ended up at——- electronic store.  I found a camera I loved and decided to buy the camera. So sad, they sold the last two in stock.  I would have to wait 2 weeks for the next shipments.  I guess they do not need the business. .  Now I have to have the camera. I waited many months to find the right camera and I want it now. I guess I will go to another store to buy one.  Just like a child, heaven forfend ( no misspelling, I assure you) I do not get it when I want.  I did buy a photograghy program so I can get my photos in order. It has a rebate, which I hate but I just sent it out, Yes that’s right, I sent it out.  I could not find a gift for Charles not for the lack of ideas but the inability to find it.  I had an epiphany about what to buy Jenny but I have to pick it up later.  I love getting tasks off my list.  I so glad I have 4 days off.  I work hard and actually worked 55 hours last week.  Iknow. I know but I did plan my life so I do not have to work many hours.  I like having my life balanced.

I am so happy.  I received payment for my car repairs and the rental car.  So I can finally put this accident behind me.  Once I got off my derriere, it was done quickly. w00t!

I have decided to alter my altar.  I have read a book on creating a spiritual corner in one’s home.  So my little corner will be at the end of the hallway.  I have some great ideas and will start to work on this space. The book is by Jagatjoti S Khalsa and is entitled Altar your space, A Guide to a restorative home.  Stay tune for more updates.
