Today is the 5th day of my vacation. The tally; 10 articles crossed off my list.  People visited 4.  Doctor//dentist appointments 2.  Not feeling particularly successful at feeling fulfilled.  I an not sure just what it is that I want to accomplish.  I did go out with Ayi, a friend and coworker.  We went to Glendale and cruised some antique stores.  We has a nice lunch at s cute little tea shop.  The weather was great and we walked around to the different stores.  We did not buy anything but had a nice leisurely afternoon.  I picked up the kids from school and G-ma, the kids and I went to lunch.  I just had a soda and an apple pie.  We had a good time.  I took Jean-Luc for a drive ( he took me).  He is getting better all the time.  Katelyn did not want to drive. We all went to the store afterward.  G-ma and I ended up spending over $300.00 getting the kids clothes and shoes.  The cost of things are really disgusting.  Thank G— today was payday.  I still looking for something different to do.  Maybe the casino.hmm.

Finally my vacation has arrived.  Time seems to flow backward when waiting for your vacation then moves into hyperspace while you are on it.  I visited the dentist yesterday to prepare my bite brace. It will keep my teeth from grinding together and wearing away my teeth. The dentist told me , I should wear it 24 hours a day.  It is to help my TMJ and reduce my pain in my jaw, ear, neck and shoulder. I really hope it works. The only problem was I could not relax my jaw enough.  I have a temporary brace to teach my jaw to relax.  The pain , the pain. I have ot wear it but it makes me look like a beaver and talk with a lisp. I had my 2nd sleep study last noc.  The Cpap mask was not too bad.  It just covered my nose.  I have what they call sleep apnea but not obstructive apnea.  I only had one episode of my throat closing.  They said my breathing got so shallow that my oxygen levels in my blood got low.  I slept surprisingly well.  I woke up feeling alert and refreshed. Amazing.  I did not realize how tired I was after sleeping.  Go figure.  I am now trying to decide what to do on the 2 day of vacation.  So many possibilities.

I just received a call from the sleep center.  I have to repeat the test because I have sleep apnea.  Crap.  I have to go and try out the equipment.  I am not too happy about this.  I thought I did not need it because I figure that they did not say anything that night.  I guess, Charles, you will have someone else who will really know how you feel.

Mom and I have learn that we will soon become Great Grandmother and Great Aunt.  Jenny and Jeramiah are pregnant.  This is incredible. Not that they are are pregnant but the advent of the next generation.  I cannot believe it.  We sent our love and congratulations to you both.
